This policy explains how FaceScore handles information when you browse this website or use our mobile apps. Facial analysis takes place in the app, using external AI services. It is not processed entirely on your device.
Who we are and how to contact us
FaceScore is published under the Abma Tech brand. The Android listing is “Facescore: AI Beauty Analyzer” and the iOS listing is “Face Scanner: Beauty Scale AI.” For privacy questions, access requests, or deletion assistance, email ma2669637@gmail.com. Include your platform and the type of information involved; please do not email a facial photo unless support specifically needs it and you choose to provide it.
Information used by the app
- Photos and generated analysis: selfies you capture or select, facial observations and scores generated from them, recommendations, and saved scan history.
- Personalization: information you enter during onboarding, such as age, gender, goals, areas of concern, time commitment, and routine preferences. Relevant information may accompany an AI request.
- Local progress: routine completion, journey progress, preferences, onboarding state, and a profile photo or reference to it.
- App operation: app interactions, device and app information, diagnostic reports, configuration requests, and technical identifiers handled by our service providers.
- Purchases and attribution: subscription status, transaction information, app-user identifiers, and device or campaign identifiers used to manage access and understand acquisition.
- Support: your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send.
Facial images and AI processing
When you request an analysis, the app sends the selected image and relevant context to a Supabase-hosted service, which sends the request to Google’s Gemini API. Some comparison and similarity features also use OpenAI. These providers receive the content needed to generate the requested output, which may include facial images, your inputs, and related analysis or routine context.
Our current analysis service forwards requests and returns results; it does not create a server-side photo gallery. This does not mean that photos are never stored anywhere: the app saves photos and reports on your device, and service providers may retain data or logs under their applicable terms and settings.
Google’s handling of Gemini API inputs and outputs depends on whether the service is paid or unpaid and on applicable regional terms. Paid-service terms state that prompts and responses are not used to improve Google’s products, while unpaid-service terms permit broader use, including human review. We do not make a blanket promise that every request has zero retention or cannot be used for provider improvement. Review Google’s Gemini API terms before submitting information you consider sensitive. OpenAI’s applicable retention and data-use rules are described in its API data controls documentation.
The app uses facial images to generate the features you request. It is not an identity verification service. AI results may be inaccurate and are not medical diagnoses or an objective measure of personal worth.
Where information is stored and for how long
On your device: saved scan images, analysis reports, onboarding details, profile information, and routine data remain in app storage until removed through an applicable control, app-data removal, or uninstall behavior. Your operating system or backup provider may keep copies according to your device and backup settings. Photos you originally selected from your photo library remain there unless you delete them separately.
With providers: AI processing records, operational logs, analytics, crash reports, attribution identifiers, and purchase records are subject to the relevant provider’s configuration and retention rules. We have not established one verified retention period covering all providers, and do not promise immediate deletion from every system when local history is cleared. Purchase records may need to remain available for subscription administration, refunds, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Support correspondence: messages may be retained to respond to your request, maintain the support history, and resolve related issues. Contact us to request deletion where applicable.
Analytics, subscriptions, and advertising attribution
The app integrates Firebase Analytics to understand feature usage, Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose failures, and Firebase Remote Config to deliver configuration. Depending on the build and configuration, these services process interaction events, app-instance and device information, and diagnostic data. See Firebase’s privacy information.
RevenueCat helps validate purchases and manage premium access. Apple or Google handles the store payment process; RevenueCat receives the transaction and identifier information needed to manage subscriptions. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and your app store’s policies.
When configured, Meta’s app SDK records install or activation signals. The integration can associate an anonymous Meta app identifier and device attribution information with RevenueCat to measure acquisition and purchase outcomes. Availability and identifiers depend on platform permissions and configuration. See Meta’s privacy policy. Platform privacy and advertising settings can limit certain identifiers; they do not necessarily turn off all analytics or operational processing.
Website visits and store links
This website does not ask you to upload a selfie or run an analysis in your browser. Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and may process technical request information, including IP address, browser information, requested URL, and security events. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Our website code does not set cookies, store information in browser local or session storage, or load third-party analytics. It does not fingerprint visitors. This does not prevent Cloudflare from processing the technical request data described above.
Store links may include campaign parameters to help attribute a visit or install. Clicking a store link takes you to Apple or Google, whose privacy policies apply there. Device detection is used to select the appropriate store.
Your choices and deletion
- You can decline camera, photo access, or notification permissions using your device settings. Features requiring those permissions may then be unavailable.
- In supported app versions, use Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete All Scans & Photos to remove the saved scan-history records, associated current scan files, and routine-completion records handled by that control.
- That scan-history control does not remove all onboarding or profile data, copies already exported or shared, device backups, original library photos, or records retained by external providers. For fuller local removal, use your operating system’s app-data removal controls or uninstall the app, and review backup settings.
- Deleting scans or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Manage cancellation through Apple or Google’s subscription settings.
- Contact ma2669637@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, or help with provider-held information. We may need information to locate relevant records and verify the request. Some information may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to object to processing, restrict processing, receive a copy of your information, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
International processing and security
Our providers operate internationally, and information may be processed outside your country. The current Supabase project is hosted in South Korea; AI and other providers may process information in additional locations. See Supabase’s privacy policy and the provider links above for their handling and safeguards.
Network requests use HTTPS. App storage, provider access controls, and your device security also matter. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children and other people’s photos
Do not submit another person’s photo without their permission. Google’s Gemini API terms restrict use by services directed toward or likely to be accessed by people under 18. If you believe a child’s information has been submitted, contact us so we can investigate and assist with removal. A store age rating does not describe the AI provider’s separate usage restrictions.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product, providers, or practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Check the current policy before submitting new information.
